If you have your engine harness removed from a modern vehicle and you wish to use this for your classic muscle rod, often you do not require emission related devices such as catalytic convertors, EGR, rear oxygen sensors, etc. You also do not need the BCM (Body Control Module), therefore no need for VATS ( Vehicle Anti Theft System) it goes without saying that your PCM computer needs to be reprogrammed. Removing emissions/VATS takes usually from 1 hour up to 4 hours depending on how many emission devices you want to have removed.
